Head Chef: Sarah McDonnell

“Hello! My name is Sarah, a young driven individual who has absolutely fallen in love with the art of cooking.  From never cooking a day in my life to being introduced to the best culinary school, PACC, I graduated in 2017.

I had the pleasure of working at Carambola with Scott Geiring, it being my first experience in the culinary world. That’s where I truly found my passion for cooking.

I then worked in a few other restaurants out of Hudson to gain some further experience. In a blink of an eye, I was right back in Hudson working for Tino and MJ at the Main Kitchen! I’ve met such wonderful individuals to cook for, leaving them with only a smile on their faces on their way out. Here we are again, back from the West Island a few years later, ready to see all those familiar faces and smiles and get to work with such a great team again!

Remember, if you love what you do, you don’t have to work a day in your life!

Jessica King: Manager

In 2012 following the birth of my second son I decided to leave the corporate life behind and start over in a field that would combine my three biggest passions in life: food, fun and above all else people. I have been fortunate enough to meet so many amazing people through working in restaurants, volunteering in local schools, sports teams, and charity events that I know firsthand what an amazing town Hudson is, and I am thrilled to be involved with Taverna which will be a perfect addition to our beautiful town. I look forward to seeing some old friends there and to making some new ones as well!

Mixologist: Max Morganti

Max Morganti, young craft bartender, earning his stripes.

Graduated from bartending school in 2018, worked at Summerlea Golf Course, Willows Inn, Baccus Restaurant, his skills were excellerated when he worked along side the Master Bartenders at Alibi Barn.
