“I first fell in love with cooking at the age of 16 working as a dishwasher. It was then I decided to pursue a career in cooking, and after graduating from Pearson School of Culinary Arts.
I’ve continued to pursue my passion in creating culinary experiences for others.”

Jessica King: Manager

In 2012 following the birth of my second son I decided to leave the corporate life behind and start over in a field that would combine my three biggest passions in life: food, fun and above all else people. I have been fortunate enough to meet so many amazing people through working in restaurants, volunteering in local schools, sports teams, and charity events that I know firsthand what an amazing town Hudson is, and I am thrilled to be involved with Taverna which will be a perfect addition to our beautiful town. I look forward to seeing some old friends there and to making some new ones as well!

Mixologist: Max Morganti

Graduated from bartending school in 2018, worked at Summerlea Golf Course, Willows Inn, Baccus Restaurant, his skills were excellerated when he worked along side the Master Bartenders at Alibi Barn.
